"You do not need to be good. You do not need to walk on your knees for a hundred miles through the desert, repenting. You only have to let the soft animal of your body love what it loves." - Mary Oliver

Individual Retreats @ Sea Ranch

Currently on hold until further notice

Return to your nature in nature

Personal individualized retreats are for people who want to get away from their daily lives and dive more deeply into their nature without going to a group workshop. The natural environment provides the perfect setting for slowing down, opening up your senses, and re-calibrating your inner rhythm. Click here to read more.

Individual retreats are held at Sea Ranch, CA

Sea Ranch, a coastal community 3 hours north of San Francisco, is world-renowned for its unique design; houses blend with the natural environment along a 10-mile stretch of coast. It is like being in a state park, with access to dramatic beaches and miles of trails through the redwood forests and along the bluffs. Accommodations range from a local hotel room to renting a whole house. Access to the community recreational facilities with saunas and heated outdoor swimming pools is included with all options.

Each retreat is personally tailored to meet your individual needs and intentions, with many options available:

one or two Somatic Expression sessions/day

catered organic meals

Whether dedicating several days or a week to this environment, these retreats offer an opportunity to return to your nature in nature, and regenerate your soma and psyche. The retreat time has been especially beneficial for people undergoing major transitions and life changes.

Prices begin at $450 for a 2-day retreat.

Contact Jamie for more information on options, accommodations and to schedule your retreat.
