Join us as we Embody Nature at these legendary hot springs. Our workshop time will primarily be off-premises in the nearby Breitenbush River Gorge so we can encounter the landscape undisturbed.

Each day begins by settling into our inner landscape with the five somatic technologies of breath, vocalization, contact, movement and stillness. Then, taking our lunches with us, we will journey to the gorge - about a 10 minute car ride away. Once there, we will move into relationship with the outer landscape by contacting, witnessing, mirroring, and responding. These explorations open the door to dreaming, writing, dialogue and witnessing.

We return to the grounds in time for dinner and evening soaking in the springs.

There are a variety of accommodations at different price points you can choose from in registering. Camping spots and Breitenbush tents go fast, so sign up early!
