Thinking Body, Sensing Mind:
Summer 2023 Drop-In or Series


Thinking Body, Sensing Mind is a progressive sequence of journeys into the inner landscape of the body designed to increase awareness, relaxation, and presence by highlighting inner sensory experience.

We lay down, yield into gravity, give over to the rhythm of our breath and take time to sense and feel ourselves in movement and stillness as we create a restorative break from the world. The return to the body in the company of others online is a welcome oasis of calming introspection and tender self-care, providing regeneration for sustaining our vital energies.

NOTE: Drop-in sessions with Jamie McHugh are for people who have done either a Thinking Body, Sensing Mind or an Embodied Mindfulness series

Each series is offered as "pay according to your economic means" sliding scale ($60-120/series of six 75" classes)
