Exploring this living dialogue between the inner movement of breath and the outer expression of voice offers a natural and dynamic way to regulate the nervous system. Breath and vocalization practices are antidotes to the contractions of fear, anxiety, depression, and stress. This gentle medicine restores flow and aliveness.

In this online workshop, you’ll explore a progressive series of breath and sound practices woven in a creative rhythm of movement and stillness, designed to enliven your body and quiet your mind. Drawing from Continuum, Taoist medicine, and other sonic traditions, these practices invite both release and renewal: a satisfying softening of tension and a deep awakening of inner stillness.
