Originally offered online almost daily during the first year of the pandemic to mitigate collective anxiety, this person-centered approach to body and being has been shared with people worldwide. These free online sessions consist of an introduction, a guided experience of 360 degree breathing with individual variations, and a Q&A. If you know at least 20 different ways to breathe, you are able to charge up or chill out at will. These sessions also serve as an introduction to Embodied Mindfulness, a comprehensive somatic approach to the practice of full-bodied breathing for reducing anxiety and increasing well-being.
