Join us as we Embody Nature at this spectacular spot on the northern California coast. For the past 30 years, Jamie has become deeply embedded in this landscape and currently makes his home here.

Each day begins by settling into our inner landscape with the 5 somatic technologies of breath, vocalization, contact, movement and stillness. Then, we journey to the nearby ocean and/or woods to move into relationship with the outer landscape by contacting, witnessing, mirroring, and responding. These explorations open the door to dreaming, writing, dialogue and witnessing one another.

After this immersion in the dreamtime of the environment, we return to the comfort of our house for nourishing food and reflection, as well as open space for enjoying the heated outdoor pool and sauna at the community recreation center, or the hot tub at the house.

Participation in an Embodying Nature retreat satisfies the pre-requisite for the Embodying Nature Leadership Training. Information HERE
